From cruise lines and luxury venues, to brand residencies and bespoke acts, we work across the live entertainment spectrum - and what makes us different is how we do it.
We’re more than a booking agency. Our team is built on genuine relationships with talented people we know and trust - which means when we put a show together, it’s carefully crafted, not pieced together. Hi, I’m Spencer - a passionate creative and proud founder of Must Have Entertainment Ltd. My journey in the entertainment world began as a West End performer, and over time, that experience has grown into a dynamic company dedicated to delivering unforgettable music and live performances across the globe.
At Must Have, our mission is rooted in one clear principle: to provide the very best in entertainment. What sets us apart is our hybrid model - we bring exceptional professional performers together with global brands, creating tailor-made, high-impact entertainment experiences that resonate with audiences and elevate events.
Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of wearing many hats - from performing in Shrek, Ghost, and Motown, to appearing on ITV, BBC, and shows like Pitch Battle and Britain’s Got Talent. These moments on stage and screen have given me a deep understanding of what it takes to craft performances that truly connect - both emotionally and visually.
As a theatrical producer and creative director, I’ve built long-standing relationships within the entertainment industry and with some of the world’s most recognisable brands. Our team collaborates with cruise lines like Celebrity, MSC, and P&O, luxury venues, and corporate partners, delivering world-class acts with impact and personality. We’ve developed standout vocal groups like Triptonic, Roxx, Sea Hear, 4TuneTellers, and Iris, all designed to meet the unique demands of both entertainment and brand storytelling.
At its core, Must Have Entertainment is a collaborative, inclusive collective - a rhythmically expanding network of vocalists, musicians, tribute acts, and creatives. Together, we curate powerful performances that not only entertain but leave a lasting impression.
